The Pros and Cons of Technology in the Classroom

Pros: 

- Technology in the classrooms allow the students to explore topics on a deeper level.

- Students can play online review games.

- Webquests are fun tools to use in high elementary classrooms.

Cons:

- Easier for students to get off tasks

- Students find ways to cheat

- Students have access to online materials that they should not be on.

I think that technology is a great and positive source for the classroom. These days, students are always on technology. With the advancement of the digital age, schools have to keep up and continue to match where each generation is strongest.
